Mixed use, hotel, Shops in Los Angeles, California

Project aimed at developing a hotel and related amenities within the walking distances of major Hollywood landmarks due to its location at the heart of the old Hollywood.

Project created a 200 room hotels some rooms being 2 story suites with private access to swimming deck. Among other amenities were:

1. Underground multi level garage

2. 30 units of condominium

3. Upper deck swimming pools

4. Shopping retail pod along the street as well as inside atrium space

5. Movie Theater
